Time to think ahead to the High Holidays… and about the prayer books we’ve been using for many, many years at TBS. Here’s a special request for anyone who’s attended High Holiday Services at our Temple: help us secure new prayer books! “Mishkan HaNefesh” prayer books are a wonderful next step in the evolution of Jewish ritual and prayer. These books are fully transliterated, include contemporary poetry and alternative readings, and use a variety of names of God– allowing the reader to truly explore their own thoughts and feelings during the High Holidays.
