As part of our Families with Young Children, TBS is excited to offer this free yoga class. Yoga is a great way to foster stronger mental health and emotional well-being and also helps to stretch and strengthen the body without high impact movements. While the class is geared for families with young children, all are welcome to participate. Come join us, bring a mat, water bottle, towel and relax and flow with us.
