Welcome to the TBS Weekly–Yom Kippur Edition! A few notes:
Kol Nidre: Tuesday, September 18, 7:30 pm
Please remember that the Kol Nidre prayer comes very close to the beginning of the service. If you are late, you may not be able to enter the sanctuary until the prayer is complete. Also, please note that the weather forecast is for torrential rain in the afternoon and early evening. If that is the case, we ask that you allow extra travel time.
Food Pantry
On Rosh Hashanah you received a grocery bag to fill with non-perishable items that will be brought to a food pantry. Please remember to fill your bag (or any bag) and bring it with you to either the evening or morning service!
High Holiday Bimah Flowers
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Karen Newman for sponsoring a flower arrangement for the bimah on Rosh Hashanah in memory of her mother, and to Karen Smolens for donating flowers for the bimah on Yom Kippur in memory of her parents Irving and Edith Smolens.
