Join Becky Small and Gaby Simons for yoga for all bodies, followed by meditation. No experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat and meditation cushion (if desired). Chairs will be available. Please sign-up Yoga and Meditation Registration.
This is an opportunity for quiet connection to self as the seasons change and the holidays of new beginnings commence.
You may wish to pick one challenging (but not traumatic) area in your life, whether in relationship with others or yourself, at work, in reaction to politics and policy or even physical pain/illness. Gaby will guide us through an awareness and self-compassion exercise to work with the challenge. This will be done silently in guided meditation so your topic will remain private
