Mindfulness can help us cultivate joy, reduce stress, and enhance our capacity to be with life’s challenges. Twice monthly, facilitators Gaby Simons and Eliza Mallouk are generously providing an hour of mindfulness practice at TBS!  Breath deeply and join in!   The first session will happen on Thursday, May 7, from 7PM-8PM.  The aim is to build an inclusive space to meditate, learn, and share.

About Gaby and Eliza:

Gaby is currently halfway through a two year mindfulness meditation teacher certification program and has been practicing meditation in the Insight and Plum Village traditions for 11 years.  Eliza has been practicing meditation for many years and welcomes this opportunity to come together to learn and practice in community.

Accommodations:
Chairs available or bring your own meditation cushion. Please come ten minutes early at 6:50PM. Doors will be locked by 7:10 PM to  maintain safety and security in the temple.
